The New York State Baseball Hall of Fame is pleased to announce the selection of long-time baseball scout Joe Rigoli into the Class of 2023. Nominated by former MLB player/ scout and NYS HOF Inductee John Morris, Joe is a baseball lifer. Joe has spent his baseball life with the Philadelphia Phillies and the St.Louis Cardinals. Joe has been an MLB coach and Minor league manager.

Currently with the Cardinals, Joe has over 40 years in the game.
